Each client's AI answers are drawn exclusively from content they are authorised to see, and client data is never commingled. The platform is ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, and uses 256-bit AES encryption. Client data is never used to train external AI models — all AI processing operates within your firm's own scoped data environment.
Can we create different access tiers — retained clients, other clients, and prospects?
Yes. Engage supports multi-tier client access natively. Retained clients receive full access to the document library, AI employment law companion, and matter history. Other firm clients can receive a curated subset of content that adds value and builds the case for retaining.
