But theirexisting intranet was outdated, difficult to use and no longer met the needs ofa modern, mobile workforce.

 With teams often on the move, colleagues needed an easierway to access business updates, share information and stay connected with eachother’s work. The lack of a central, mobile communication tool made itdifficult to maintain culture, visibility and cohesion across the organisation.

Working with Engage, CFG Law implemented a mobile-firstcolleague platform designed to give every employee instant access to updates,resources and daily interactions — wherever they are working.

The Engage app replaced the archaic intranet with a platformcolleagues can access directly from their phones — the same way they interactwith personal apps every day. It provides quick access to business information,case updates, policies and internal news in a far more intuitive format.

Colleagues regularly work remotely, visit clients, travelbetween offices or spend time in the community. Engage gives them a place toshare what they’re doing in real time — from case-related travel to coffeecatch-ups, site visits or client meetings.
